This come from a young dynamic team lead by winemakers Andres Carull and Marta Ribera who for the last 10 years have been championing local variety grapes with the focus on minimal intervention techniques. The winery is one of the most highly regarded producers in the DO Alicante region. Al their production is certified organic and care of the vineyard is taken while respecting the environment. Wine making very hands off with limited amounts of filtration, finings and sulphites.
