MORE INFORMATION
Certified Organic, Biodynamic practise. Unfiltered, unfined.
Traminer grapes used for making wine are grown on loamy granite soils of a tiny biodynamic site with an area of 0.25 hectares. The average age of the vines is 18 years. Harvested by hand. The juice undergoes maceration for 8 days and fermentation exclusively with natural yeast for 10 days at 21 ° C in open steel tanks.
Ageing in old oak barrels lasts 6-8 months. Filtration is not carried out, therefore over time at the bottom of the bottle natural precipitation may occur.
