A fruit forward Syrah from a vineyard in the southern rhone.  This is everything you want from a Syrah. The vineyard is alaos surrounded by Olive trees and this comes throguh with a savoury quality to the wine. Super classy and balanced.

From a biodynamic vineyard, grapes are hand harvested, sorted, destemmed and transferred in a vat by gravity process. Traditional vinification in concrete vats with some "pigeage" (pump over). Ageing in concrete vats. No fining, light filtration.
