Rhubarab - Earthy - Spicy
This is a rhubarb Lambic - the rhubarb comes through so gently but prominently as well, its earthy , herbaceous and a slight twang finish its superbly balanced.
The light red "Valantine" rhubarb is harvested in the spring, fermentation with lambic in wooden barrels. 45KG of fruit per 100 liters of young lambic.
Have this with Rollright - like custard and Rhubarb.
