Auroso Chocolate Mandarin Balsamic
Individual chocolates filled with a ganache of honey, Greek mandarin olive oil, Modena balsamic vinegar and spiced with black cardamom. Enrobed in smooth 90% Madagascan chocolate.
Each chocolate uses Honeys of Henley’s Spring honey, collected just down the road from Aurosó HQ. The honey is processed in small batches using traditional methods. The bees feast on wild plum and cherry blossom yielding a richly floral honey that compliments our fruity fillings.
Each box contains 12 bon bons.
Each chocolate is reduced sugar, dairy and artificial colouring free.
