Maetierra Dominum itself has revolutionized the concept of 'Vino de Pago' or Estate Wines. The grapes come from 4 vineyards situated in 4 different zones within La Rioja, each of which possess specific characteristics owing to the combination of soil, climate, and grape variety. 

Gavanza' is a blend of mainly Tempranillo with the addition of a little Graciano and Garnacha Tinto and spends 14 months in new French oak barrels before release.
