Off dry and still table cider. The tannins are soft and well rounded, and the aromas are very fruity.
Great with smoked food, barbecued vegetables, oysters. Drink chilled (not too cold).

Based around the soft bittersweets Dove and Yarlington, and the fruity sharp Browns, we then blend in a portion of Run Deep after maturation. This cask aged component adds more acid and tannin, together with a grown up structure.

Try this with Gubbeen - washed rind Irish cheese with smokey notes.
