It's fruity with a toffee apple nose with notes of vanilla, followed by a long spicy, warm oak finish. A lovely tipple for an end of a dinner, shared with friends and with lots of cheese!

XO has been aged in small oak barrels and each bottle can be traced back to it's source orchard.
