STYLE Single Variety Sparkling Cider
Named after an heirloom apple variety, Belle de Boskoop originally from the Netherlands, beloved in Normandy, and adapted with grace to Vermont thanks to Scott Farm. Bottle-conditioned, this dry bubbly cider is very expressive of the delightful citrus flavours of this appealing fruit.
Single-Variety Sparkling Cider. Pressed at harvest, pitched yeast, fermented slow and cold, aged 10 months in one used French oak puncheon, bottle conditioned.
